The EchoLeads dashboard includes a sidebar menu that provides access to all AI calling functionalities, contingent upon the pricing plan you have chosen.

Steps:

  1. 1Locate the sidebar menu on the left side of the dashboard.
  2. 2Click on the AI Caller Agent Section
  3. 3Beneath this section, you will see various configuration options

These include:

  • Agents: Creating and managing AI agents
  • Campaigns: Launch call campaigns
  • Tools: Configure supporting tools as well as integrations
  • Phone Numbers: Purchasing and managing phone numbers
  • Inbound/Outbound: Control call direction settings

To begin making and receiving calls you first need to create an AI agent.

Steps:

  1. 1In the AI Caller Agent Section, select the "Agent" option.
  2. 2Click New Agent to initiate the setup process.

During the setup process, you will be instructed to select server location as well as call type.

Server Location:

Select the Server that is closest to your target audience

  • India Server
  • US Server

Selecting the right server ensures that calls are connected to the right audience.

Call Direction:

Choose how your AI Calling Agent will operate:

  • Incoming Calls: The agent will answer the calls from customers or leads
  • Outgoing Calls: The agent places calls to prospects, automatically.

Next, select the pricing model for your calls:

EchoLeads provides two approaches for deduction:

Connected Calls:

  • Fees are incurred solely when the recipient picks up the call.
  • Suitable for campaigns focused on live interaction.

Attempted Calls:

  • Fees are charged for every instance a call is attempted, regardless of whether it is answered.
  • Beneficial for high-volume outbound campaigns.

After selecting the primary settings, you will proceed to configure the personality and traits of your AI agent.

Agent Configuration Fields

Please provide details such as:

  • Agent Name: Assists in identifying the agent.
  • Voice and Gender: Male or Female
  • Accent Selection: Select an accent that is appropriate for your audience.
  • Language Settings: If applicable.
You have the ability to tailor your AI calling agent to match your brand's tone and the preferences of your audience.

Your AI calling agent necessitates a dedicated phone number to make or receive calls.

Steps:

  1. 1Navigate to Phone Numbers in the AI Caller Agent Section
  2. 2Select "Buy Phone Number"
  3. 3Select the country and number type that is available
  4. 4Confirm the purchase
Once successfully purchased, the phone number will be allocated to the agent that you have configured.

The concluding step entails the establishment of a campaign that essentially directs the AI calling agent on whom to contact and how to conduct conversations.

Steps:

  1. 1Go to Campaigns within the AI Caller Agent Section.
  2. 2Click Create Campaign
  3. 3Assign the AI agent that you created
  4. 4Upload or select the lead list.
  5. 5
    Configure the campaign settings such as:
    • Call schedule
    • Retry attempts
    • Campaign objectives
  6. 6Save the campaign and launch at your earliest

Sign Up and Access the Dashboard

To start setting up and using the AI calling agent, you should first create an EchoLeads account.

Steps:

  1. 1Visit the EchoLeads Platform Website
  2. 2Click the Login button on the top right hand corner of the navigation bar
  3. 3You will be redirected to our registration portal → https://echoleads.ai/login
  4. 4Create the account by entering the required information
  5. 5Complete the registration process
  6. 6After signing up, log in to access the EchoLeads dashboard
After logging in, you will be able to access the main dashboard where you can set-up and manage your agents.
