If you are on a free trial or pilot program, you will not be charged until you choose to convert to a paid plan. Once converted, the standard subscription terms and this Refund Policy apply.
We aim for high uptime and reliability. If you experience significant, verifiable technical issues that prevent you from using the Services for an extended period, please contact us at sales@deepvox.ai.
In rare cases and at our sole discretion, we may offer service credits or a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, particularly where the issue is attributable to our systems and not third-party providers, customer configurations, or network problems outside our control.
EchoLeads may rely on third-party telephony carriers and infrastructure providers to place and receive calls and messages. Fees incurred through such providers (for example, call minutes, SMS, or carrier surcharges) are typically non-refundable once consumed, even if a call or campaign did not achieve the desired business outcome.
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider (a "chargeback"), we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services while the dispute is investigated. To avoid interruptions, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve any billing issues directly.
