Before creating any campaign or setting up an Agent, you must first connect your WhatsApp Business account.

Steps:

  1. 1From the sidebar in your EchoLeads dashboard, navigate to "Integrations"
  2. 2Scroll down to "Meta WhatsApp Business"
  3. 3Click "Connect Account"

You will be required to enter the following details:

  • WhatsApp Number
  • Meta Access Token
  • Phone Number ID
  • WhatsApp Business Account ID

You will be able obtain these details from your Meta for Developer Account, more of this will be discussed in the next step.

You will need to copy specific credentials that we discussed in the previous step from Meta

Steps:

  1. 1Go to "Meta for Developers" -> https://developers.facebook.com/.
  2. 2Open your app dashboard
  3. 3
    Copy the following information:
    • Access Token
    • Phone Number ID
    • WhatsApp Business Account ID
    • App ID

Next, configure your webhook settings to enable message communication,

Steps:

  1. 1In the EchoLeads sidebar, go to "Callback URL & Verification"
  2. 2
    Copy the following:
    • Webhook URL
    • Verification Token
  3. 3Go back to the Meta Developer Console
  4. 4Paste those details into the Webhook configuration

Templates are necessary to send outbound messages via WhatsApp

Steps:

  1. 1Go to "Sidebar" -> "WhatsApp" -> "Templates"
  2. 2Click "Create New Templates"
  3. 3
    Fill in the following details:
    • Select Phone Number
    • Template Name
    • Language
    • Category (Marketing/Utility)
    • Use Case
  4. 4
    Build your message:
    • Header
    • Body (Use variables such as {1} for dynamic values
    • Footer
    • Buttons:
      • Quick Reply
      • Phone Number
      • Copy Code
      • URL

Before creating a campaign, you need to first upload your contact list.

Steps:

  1. 1Go to the "Sidebar" -> "Contacts"
  2. 2Click "Create Contact Group"
  3. 3
    Add:
    • Group Title
    • Description
  4. 4Export the contact template file (Excel)
  5. 5Fill in contact details and save the file
  6. 6Import the updated file back into the EchoLeads

Now you can create and launch your whatsapp outbound messaging campaign.

Steps:

  1. 1Navigate to "Sidebar" -> Campaigns
  2. 2Click "Create Campaign"
  3. 3
    Configure the campaign
    • Campaign Title
    • Contact Group
    • Template Selection
    • Schedule (Date and time)
  4. 4Save and launch the campaign

EchoLeads enables you to automate conversations using an AI-powered WhatsApp agent.

Steps:

  1. 1Go to "Sidebar" -> "WhatsApp" -> "Agent"
  2. 2Click "Create Agent"
  3. 3
    Enter the following details:
    • Agent Name
    • Use Case
    • Generate Prompt (AI conversation logic)

    Optional (Add):
    • Training Documents or a Knowledge Base

These help improve the accuracy of your responses

You will be able to track real-time conversations that are managed by your AI agent, post setup.

Steps:

  1. 1Go to "Sidebar" -> "Live Chat"
  2. 2AI responses
  3. 3User replies

This enables real time performance monitoring so that you can step in if needed.

To begin setting up, first log in to your EchoLeads account:

  3. 3Enter your credentials and access your dashboard
